Gary “Goose” Howell and Jim Mullins proudly present our "PRIVATE RANCH – World Class Trophy Coues Deer Hunts" in Obregon Sonora, Mexico. These hunts are on private ranches which are exclusively managed for superior game populations with quality genetics. This allows us to offer "you the hunter" the opportunity to harvest Mature 100 – 120+ B & C score Coues Deer trophies in the 3 1/2 to 7+ years of age.

Our private ranches offer thousands of acres, of "No Hunting Pressure," 5 1/2 day hunts, with ranch house accommodations. The landscape is amongst some of the finest and most beautiful in the Southern Sonora Mexican Desert.

The bucks of Obregon Sonora have it all – main beam length, width, mass, and height!
Enrique’s family & cooks provide some of the best "Mexican" traditional plate meals that you could ever imagine and will undoubtedly be a most memorable part of your hunting experience. All bottled drinking water, Gatorade, juice and sodas are provided. You may bring alcohol beverages if you wish.
Obregon Outfitters offer these great Mexico Coues Deer Hunts from mid December through the 1st week of February, thus offering both the pre rut and or peak rut hunting opportunities in your quest for World Class Trophy Coues Deer Bucks.
Price: $ 4,000 per person for our Fully Guided & Outfitted 2007 / 2008 World Class Trophy Mexico Coues Deer Hunts; Our hunts are booked with one on one (1 X 1) guide service for five and one half days (5 ½ Hunting Days) for a mature buck.
Permits: Licenses, tags and firearms permits are an additional $300 per person.
Extra Hunting Days are $500 each if guides and room is available. We require a 50% non-refundable, but transferable deposit, required to book and reserve your hunt. Our ranch assignments / hunt dates are reserved on a FIRST PAID / FIRST RESERVED BASIS. Our camps are designed to accommodate four hunters at a time.
This deposit must be received a minimum of 90 days prior to your start hunt date, with the remaining balance due in full 30 days prior to your hunt start date.
All Contracts and Mexico Permit Documents are due, back to us 30 days prior to your hunt.
All required permits and documents, along with customs and border crossing details are handled by Enrique for a smooth and hassle free travel experience.
Travel: We suggest that you make your travel arrangements to fly into Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico which is a major airport connection. You can also fly into Obregon’s airport which is very close to our ranches. There, our staff will meet and transport you to our Mexico hunt locations.
If you prefer to drive, there will be an extra charge for the outfitter to pick you up and drop you off in Nogales, Arizona. Please call for pricing.

Price: Our Fully Guided / Outfitted Coues Buck / Bass Fishing 5 ½ Day Package; offers a two on one (2 X 1) guide service for (4 Hunting Days) for a mature buck and (1 ½ Fishing Days). The price for this memorable hunting / fishing experience is $ 4,750 per person ( US) plus a $ 330 licenses, tags and firearms permit fee. Extra Fishing Days are $250 per person for (2 X 1 guide service) when available.
The Coues Deer hunting portion of this package is the same as previously listed except for the (2 on 1) Guide service and the number of hunting days.
The Fishing portion of this package includes comfortable lake house accommodations, meals, 2 X 1 guide service with a boat at the world famous Obregon Lake. This famous lake yields many 5 to 10 LB Large Mouth Bass with a 5 fish limit per person, per day. (You supply your own fishing tackle.)

Obregon Lake (2 X 1) Fishing Package: $1,250 per person for a 3 day fishing trip.
This ‘Fishing Only Package’ includes comfortable lake house accommodations, meals, 2 X 1 guide service with a boat at the world famous Obregon Lake. Extra Fishing Days are $250 each when guides and space are available. This world famous largemouth bass fishing lake yields many 5 to 10 LB Large Mouth with a 5 fish limit per person / per day. (You supply your own fishing tackle.) Fishing Packages are available 10 months out of the year. (All except April / May)
Obregon (2 X 1) Dove Hunting Package: $1,350 per person for a 3 day hunt.
Permits: Licenses, tags and firearms permits are an additional $300 per person. Our Fully Guided / Outfitted 2007 / 2008 Dove hunts; are for two on one (2 X 1) guide service for three hunting days.Extra Hunting Days are $250 each when guides and space are available. We require a 50% non-refundable, but transferable Deposit, required to book your hunt. Our ranch assignments are on a FIRST PAID / FIRST RESERVED BASIS. Our camps are designed for four hunters at a time. Dove Season opens OCTOBER 1st and there is no bag limit. (Ammo NOT INCLUDED with this package.)
Combination Cast and Blast (Fishing / Dove Hunt) Package: $2,000 per person for a 4 day package.
Permits: Licenses, tags and firearms permits are an additional $330 per person. The Dove Hunt portion of this package is the same as above with two days of shooting. The Fishing portion of this package is the same as above with two days of fishing.(You supply your own fishing tackle.) (Shotgun Ammo NOT INCLUDED with this package.)
Obregon Gould's Turkey Hunts!
Obregon Gould’s Turkey Hunt: $2,000 per person for a 4 day hunt.
Permits: Licenses, tags and gun permits are an extra $300 per person. Our Fully Guided / Outfitted Spring of 2008 Gould’s Turkey Package includes: (2 X 1) guide service, transportation to and from the airport (Obregon / Hermosillo) lodging, meals, shotgun, turkey load shells and taxidermy prep, with the necessary paperwork for transportation.
The Sierra Madre Mountains have elevations ranging from 5,500 to 7,500 feet, in Yecora, Sonora, Mexico, which is 186 miles southeast of Hermosillo. We hunt on 18 thousand acres of prime Gould’s Turkey habitat that has been referred to as “TURKEY HEAVEN” by clients that have hunted this area. The season starts in mid April and runs through late May. Hunters may fly into either the Obregon or Hermosillo International Airports which are serviced by commercial airlines on a daily basis from Los Angeles, Tucson and Phoenix. If you prefer to drive, there will be an additional charge for the outfitter to pick you up and drop you off in Nogales, Arizona. Please call for pricing. Again we require a 50% non-refundable, but transferable deposit, required to book your hunt.

Price $9,000 fully guided / Outfitted 1x1 hunts, food, lodging and transportation included. (Hunts are offered in December / January) Permits: Licenses, tags and gun permits are an extra $300 per person. We offer a $2,000 refund if you don't take a shot at a Big Mule Deer Buck.
Accommodations: On a couple of our ranches you'll stay in a heated ranch house with hot running water. When we're too far from a ranch house, we put up a nice wall tent camp that features a shower tent, electric generator, freezer for preserving the capes and keeping food, a large dining tent and sleeping tents featuring oversized, heavy-duty cots and mattresses. Our hunters rave about our wall tent camp.
Extra Days: Extra hunting days are $500 each when guides and room are available.
Travel: Fly to Hermosillo, where the outfitter picks you up. If you prefer to drive, there will be an extra charge for the outfitter to pick you up and drop you off in Nogales, Arizona. Please call for pricing.
